Neil Slipper
Head Of Cyber

Neil has over 17 years experience in the IT industry, and has been with Comunet since 2014. He has a background in security and communications, and has held a number of leadership and ICT Management roles. Heading up the Cyber Department, Neil is a qualified Lead Auditor in ISO standards 9001 / 27001, Prince 2 Project Management, ISC2 CISSP, and is AWS Solutions Architect certified. Neil provides cyber advisory services to a range of organisations including aviation, local government, legal, medical, Not-for-Profits and manufacturing.

Ron Wightman
Senior Cyber Consultant

Ron is a highly motivated cyber security professional with over 25 years industry experience.
Specialising in the governance, risk, compliance, and technical analysis of complex systems, he is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH).

Digital Trace Australia is a specialist consultancy delivering digital forensics and e-discovery services for civil, commercial and criminal defence related matters.

We leverage 20+ years digital forensics experience in law enforcement, restructuring and insolvency, litigation support and IT service environments to provide reliable advice in support of your matters.

Briston Talbot
Director

Briston Talbot is responsible for the management and delivery of Digital Evidence Management services, including digital forensics and e-discovery since 2007. Briston's experience includes investigations of corporate fraud, financial crime, intellectual property theft and cyber security breaches.

Mar Noordin
Director

Mar Noordin has 14+ years of experience in the field of digital forensics with an established career in law enforcement and Digital Trace Australia. During this time Mar has achieved many notable outcomes, spanning across operational matters, criminal proceedings, IT infrastructure management, specialist team development and strategic influence.

Paul Dugan
Principal

Paul is a principal in DMAW's disputes practice. Paul has extensive experience in:
- industrial relations and workplace law – from executive contracts and workplace agreements and policies to industrial disputes, dismissals, bullying, harassment and discrimination investigations and claims and discrimination payment claims and post termination restraints;

- risk management advice and the investigation and resolution of corporate, commercial and insurance issues and disputes;

- advice and representation of clients in competition and consumer law matters including ACCC inquiries, ACCC proceedings, merger and acquisition clearances and ACCC authorisations;

- privacy, data and cyber/information security and response;

- insolvency administrations –including investigations, pursuit of recoveries and the rights and obligations of insolvency practitioners, debtors, creditors, directors and shareholders.

In addition to his experience in private practice, Paul has also provided in-house advice and worked as a senior lawyer with ASIC. He is able to draw upon this experience in developing strategies to assist clients.

Tasha Naige
Principal

Tasha is a principal in DMAW Lawyers’ transactions team. She has acted on a number of significant major projects for clients, including restructures, sales of business and other assets, and legal due diligence.

Tasha has in depth experience providing compliance advice for clients operating in highly regulated industries, ranging from superannuation funds and financial services clients to charities and not-for-profits.

Tasha regularly advises clients on complex outsourcing arrangements, supply and procurement arrangements, service agreements, information technology agreements and privacy laws.

She has undertaken multiple secondments with large organisations and has a wealth of experience in providing commercial and contractual advice.
